Oh cool! My family will be in NYC this summer—none of us have never been, so the kids are having fun picking out “must-see” spots on YouTube.
If you ever come through the midwest, I’m happy to make regional bookstore recommendations! I’m listening to the audiobook of PDA in the Family right now, and it’s fascinating for me to compare Sasha’s experiences with early diagnosis in a mostly allistic family vs. my own experiences with adult diagnosis in a mostly autistic family.
Also—while I’m thinking about it—if Sasha posts her animations for public viewing on YouTube or similar, I’d love to see them! Animation is the #1 special interest for *all* of my kids—we had to set up a mini stop motion studio in my oldest’s room because she literally makes movies 10+ hours a day most days.
That bookstore is gorgeous!! I know some great local bookstore but they’re all in the USA, so that’s probably a bit far to travel for a book tour ;)
Oh I would love to! Maybe next year... actually next week I'm in NYC, visiting our eldest daughter!

She does! She's at https://www.youtube.com/@xpearl_heartx and there's a few on there, including a Minecraft summary and her school experiences. This is her most watched: https://youtu.be/1PkEGWhVvfQ?si=VgbW4KsyKA_S5YPC
Hi Steph:
I have piles of books!
